Our business is conducted in full compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.

  • Executive Resolution issued by the Province of Matera - inert waste.
  • A.I.A. Authorization issued by the Region Basilicata - asbestos disposal.
  • Resolution issued by the Province of Matera - mobile system recovery.
  • A.I.A. Authorization issued by the Region Basilicata  - Plant for the retention and recovery of (non-)hazardous waste.
We are also registered with the relevant environmental management agencies in relation to our activities:

  • Registration with Environmental Management Agency for the Cat. 9 cl. B.
  • Registration with Environmental Management Agency for the Cat. 10B cl. C.
  • Registration with Environmental Management Agency for the Cat. 5 - Transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
Per regulations, we are in possession of SOA certificate of Presidential Decree 34/2000, and of:

  • Quality Certification according to UNI EN ISO 9001.
  • Quality Certification according to UNI EN ISO 14001.
  • Quality Certification BS OHSASS45001.
